What is this website about?

Welcome to my personal blog and portfolio.  I write about the many things that interest me, and chronicle my discoveries (or re-discoveries) in programming, writing and project & time management.  Also you can find a portfolio of my work in programming, writing and graphic art.

Who are you?

I am Dorian Pula.  Professionally I work as a software developer for Java EE/web applications and Android applications.  In my free time I am a libre software hacker (open source programmer).  Also I write science fiction novels, non-fiction and technical articles.  I like to tinker with organizational techniques and I enjoy thinking about many things:  computing, gaming, technology, art, ethics, philosophy, ergonomics, history, et cetera.
